Whole Home Renovation in Sammamish

The clients bought a well-located but dated Sammamish home with the intention of remodeling everything before moving in. The scope was the full house — interior, exterior, and mechanicals — in a single coordinated build.

We took the interior down to the studs, re-engineered the floor plan around an open kitchen-living-dining axis, replaced all mechanicals, and rebuilt every kitchen and bathroom with new layouts. Outside, full siding replacement, exterior paint, and a complete window package brought the curb appeal in line with the interior.

Total project ran nine months from permit to move-in. The family moved into a home that feels brand new but has the lot, neighborhood, and tree cover of the original.
